After seeing a photo of the Sunday roast I booked a table for two. Listed as roast pork with duck-fat roasted potatoes and carrots. Upon check-in I double checked the order and was told it came with potatoes and carrots and I could order braised cabbage as an extra. 20 minutes or so out came a pan with 3 thick slices of pork, which was rather dry but the crackling was superb. There were no potatoes or carrots and less meat than shown in the photo of which I had taken a screenshot of to show my wife. I queried it and was told they were now extra due to rising costs. I told the waitress that they were shown in the photo and the description when I booked 3 days earlier and had this been known to me the I wouldn't have made a booking. She went back to the kitchen and came back a couple of minutes later to tell us we would be given the potatoes and carrots as a complimentary dish since the website had not been updated. They arrived promptly but nowhere near the amount shown in the photo as I checked it on my screenshot. A quick check on the website showed the dish had been suddenly deleted. The veggies were excellent but the pork was very dry. Atmosphere and service were both excellent but the dry pork and the problem with the veges is the reason for less stars. I would definetely pay more for the roast that was shown in the photo but wouldn't bother without the vegetables. Considering what you get in a roast at other venues this was very poor.Would I go again? Maybe, to try the pizza or another dish. Hopefully they get their act together and make sure nothing like this happens again.

Mixed bag first time trying Coventry pavilion last night, my thoughts belowBig pub with loads of seating and good vibe but some things missing markGreat cocktails, delicious chips, Pizzas looked great!We had the sizzling seafood and prawns and fish were great, squid over cooked and slipper lobster was so tiny it was pointless being there.Tri tip was a disaster so overcooked and chewy lacking seasoning and flavour.Overall I think they are trying to do to much, with half the menu restaurant style dishes but not executed well, perhaps they best sticking to pub Style and Pizzas.Would go back again for $10 espresso Martini on Friday but stick with Pizzas and the super yummy sumac chips

First time here on a Saturday night. We had one person's main course 20minutes later than everyone else's. There was no compensation just a sorry. Who wants to eat their main way after everyone else on the table has eaten. Some mains came out borderline warm. Tables were sticky from previous patrons. Was really looking forward to this. We will try again and see if it improves. Two 40 Three has stepped up their customer service, cmon Pavilion. Pick up your game.

Went for the seafood boil special. The food arrived before all the guests were seated. We had 8kg between six people, but were only given 3 napkins, 4 crab cracking tools, no crab forks, only 1 wash bowl and 1 waste bowl. It was maybe half full at its peak, but the tables and chairs are so squashed together it was really uncomfortable. No spice or much flavour to the sauce. Most of the seafood was small crab. Would not recommended sorry.

Friendly staff.Brilliant location.Good prices.Huge venue with multiple seating options.Delicious food.Kids pizza was fantastically presented.Bloody Mary oyster shots, were the best of ever had, and a good price.Great tap and wine selection!Definitely keen to come back.

Excellent friendly place with a bright smile.Service was excellent, food was well presented overall good place for any occasion for all ages.The decor of the restaurant is varied, making it far from boring old pubs. Thankfully, I found the place hidden from view not where you might think it is.Having been to the market for many years, never thought it was open ,so check it out because you won't be disappointed

We went to try out the oyster special and this place definitely didn't disappointment! The oysters were very fresh. The kids meal with popcorn chicken and chips was very good too with nice crunchy chips. The bucket of battered whiting was pleasant. Nice set up with bar area upon entrance and dining area to follow and then more lounge relaxed areas as you walk further down to the big television area. Nice place to catch up with friends or a relaxed family dinner.

A really cool place with a good variety of seating areas (quiet outside, big sports bar, nice couches) but I did have some issues with the food, and for a place with a huge bar, it seemed only one till was capable of processing food orders.I went on oyster special night which was priced very well and the oysters were fresh and tasty. My main concern is that when they came to the table they were served on quite melted ice so the oysters were at very real risk of returning to their natural habitat which is a bit of a health issue.I also got some of the chips and they were really quite good with some spices on there and cooked to crispy perfection.The biggest downside was definitely their special seafood pizza though. You could have given me pizza base with some garlic butter on there and it would have been tastier. When the rocket is the tastiest part of your pizza and there's maybe a few prawns and half a baby octopus on there... Maybe it's time to rethink it.I'll definitely try this place again on another night as maybe I caught the chef on a bad one, but the venue is great and there's a huge selection of beers and such on tap... It's definitely worth a gander but not worth a special trip that's for sure.*will change my review if I just caught the chef on a bad night and the swimming oysters was a one-off*
