Lovely, clean establishment. Found the staff nice & helpful. The food was nice but not worth the money. Had a pizza without any topping on top which was disappointing & the chicken carbonara hardly any chicken inside.

Love a country pub feed, but I would go to another local before I returned here. Food was ok but overpriced.

Really friendly staff, tasty good value food and great country pub atmosphere with nice pool tables. $8 a pint for IPA 6% beer, which is the cheapest pint in Collie. $2 for a game of pool and this delicious chicken parmi was on special for $20. Very tasty and great value. Really nice beer garden out the back with a pool table. Really nice and relaxing out there and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great Saturday night.

Awesome venue. We always love coming here and with so much choice in the whole precinct, you can spend hours there without getting bored. Just moving from one corner to another after a meal at the Garden to explore the other spaces is a heap of fun. See you soon...

I had so much fun at the Wine School 101 class that was held by Trent the sommelier. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions.

Very knowledgeable staff and funny as! We popped in for a quick one after a live show in the city! Perfect for the winter evening our with friends.

After seeing a photo of the Sunday roast I booked a table for two. Listed as roast pork with duck-fat roasted potatoes and carrots. Upon check-in I double checked the order and was told it came with potatoes and carrots and I could order braised cabbage as an extra. 20 minutes or so out came a pan with 3 thick slices of pork, which was rather dry but the crackling was superb. There were no potatoes or carrots and less meat than shown in the photo of which I had taken a screenshot of to show my wife. I queried it and was told they were now extra due to rising costs. I told the waitress that they were shown in the photo and the description when I booked 3 days earlier and had this been known to me the I wouldn't have made a booking. She went back to the kitchen and came back a couple of minutes later to tell us we would be given the potatoes and carrots as a complimentary dish since the website had not been updated. They arrived promptly but nowhere near the amount shown in the photo as I checked it on my screenshot. A quick check on the website showed the dish had been suddenly deleted. The veggies were excellent but the pork was very dry. Atmosphere and service were both excellent but the dry pork and the problem with the veges is the reason for less stars. I would definetely pay more for the roast that was shown in the photo but wouldn't bother without the vegetables. Considering what you get in a roast at other venues this was very poor.Would I go again? Maybe, to try the pizza or another dish. Hopefully they get their act together and make sure nothing like this happens again.

Long wait for food and not delivered at the same time. My fish was like soggy oily snitzel with very little greens and with a lovely butter caper. Very oily all of it. By what it said in the menu I thought I was getting a beautiful filled fish on a bed of greens with a caper butter. What I got was a wired deep fried fish like snchitzel super oily with just a little of greens and a butter caper on top. So disappointing! Grill that fish dude and then it would have been beautiful!! Shame

Without a doubt one of the best pubs I've ever been to. The variety on the taps is huge, plus there is a massive range of canned beers.The location is great as well, to springboard into Vic Park or into the city post a couple of beers.Sure, the prices are high, but the beers are incredibly unique, with kegs sometimes coming from overseas and usually in small batches.I don't eat often here as there are lots of options in VP, but the food when it comes out looks good.Can recommend, just be prepared for not only high prices, but high percentage beers.

Outstanding value for money when it comes to food, and the service is great as well. Highly recommend.
