Still a nice craft brewery that’s easy to get to just off the freeway but does have limited parking on busy days. Straight forward menu aimed at sharing plates but does have a good burger and steak sandwich options too. Lots of beers to choose from at normal Perth beer prices.

Where to begin. Positive note: the staff are great. Can't fault them at all. Besides serving a G&T with no straw and no lime.. literally looked like a glass of water. Fail. Butttttt the beer paddle was on point. Props to the selection. Now the food... everything was pretty bad. I'm not sure if the chef has been changed or what. But I've been here a few times before and the food's been passable. This time just no.The squid was served with a whipped kimchi mayo". It looked like scrambled eggs and had the consistency of a child's slime. Pretty gross. The kimchi was weirdly sweet and 100% did not compliment the squid

I love this place, one if the best local breweries imo. Great beer and good selection! The nachos are my absolute favorite! Pizzas are good as well. Like the setup and having the choice of sitting outside or indoors. Fast service too. Would be nice to have some more parking slots.

What works: Location is great. Venue is cool. Inside aesthetic is unique and stylish. Absolutely loved the beer range and the beer I had (American pale ale) was 5 stars. Good background music and vibes. What needs work: $27 for their signature burger was an absolute joke. For that price I expected great things... But I was served disappointment. The burger is half the size it needs to be for that price. It had no flavour. Needed a special sauce. Could barely taste the pickles. The bun was lacking and looked burnt or something... Off putting. Whole thing was terrible.I'd go back for beers and vibes, not for a feed.

Great location, good food and wide range of micro brewery beers. First time visitors and we really enjoyed the place. Great service and loved the ease of using QR codes to order food and drinks

I have been on a quest to find the best burger in Perth. ( the lamb sandwich at the Woodbridge hotel in Guildford is the closest l have come to that l would go back for).I was hopeful that the $27 burger at Blasta brewery might be a contender. But what a disappointment. I would expect at that price point( 25% more expensive than average), l might get something reasonable. But l ended up with a small tasteless burger with overcooked chips. The waitress practically ran away after serving our food, possibly anticipating a complaint. I thought about complaining but having worked in a restaurant in my yoof and seeing what an offended chef could do to food after a complaint, l keep quiet. My standard test is, would l go back?No way for the food.Maybe for a beer if nearby and l am thirsty but to be honest, l would rather give my money to a business that values me as a customer by serving appetizing quality food that reflects the price charged.

In the heart of Burswood, you'll find Blasta Brewing Co., a buzzing gastro-pub known for its selection of craft beers and enticing food. Drawn by high online praise and the prospect of reviewing a unique brewery-come-pizzeria, I made my way there, filled with anticipation. The interior exudes a spirited energy that is almost infectious. Blasta's atmosphere, brimming with the chorus of jovial conversations, the clinking of glasses, and the warm glow of thoughtful lighting, created a delightful first impression. The beer catalogue, extensive and diverse, is a craft beer aficionados dream. The standout was their 'Chainbreaker' IPA - a masterfully brewed beverage with the right blend of bitterness and fruity undertones, promising an enjoyable companion to any meal. However, where the ambiance and beer succeeded, the culinary aspect faltered. My order of the fire breather pizza, highly recommended by many patrons, was an unfortunate disappointment. After ordering, I found myself waiting for an uncomfortable 40 minutes. Despite my patience and two separate inquiries about the delay, the pizza only made its appearance well past the anticipated wait time. When the pizza finally arrived, instead of the tantalising treat I expected, I was greeted by a dish that had clearly lost its battle against time. The once vibrant ingredients now looked dull and the pizza, to my dismay, was cold. The flavours of spicy chorizo and jalapeños were underwhelming, struggling to emerge from the chilled cheese and lukewarm crust. The portion was generous but hardly compensated for the lacklustre taste and temperature. The service, usually a key factor in ensuring an enjoyable dining experience, was unfortunately subpar. While the staff were pleasant and wore welcoming smiles, the delays and lack of efficient communication about my order were frustrating, to say the least. In summary, my visit to Blasta Brewing Co. fell short of expectations. Despite the engaging ambiance and enjoyable beer selection, the disappointing culinary experience and service let-downs left a sour note. I might give it another chance, considering the high praises it usually receives, but it'll take some convincing. It would be beneficial for Blasta Brewing Co. to focus on improving its kitchen efficiency and maintaining the temperature of its food until it reaches the customer. Until then, my enthusiasm for returning remains somewhat dampened.
