Very knowledgeable staff and funny as! We popped in for a quick one after a live show in the city! Perfect for the winter evening our with friends.

Without a doubt one of the best pubs I've ever been to. The variety on the taps is huge, plus there is a massive range of canned beers.The location is great as well, to springboard into Vic Park or into the city post a couple of beers.Sure, the prices are high, but the beers are incredibly unique, with kegs sometimes coming from overseas and usually in small batches.I don't eat often here as there are lots of options in VP, but the food when it comes out looks good.Can recommend, just be prepared for not only high prices, but high percentage beers.

Great burgers and cool space to hang out.Might be busier if they introduced happy hour as always seems quite quiet besides footy game days or quiz night, and prices are very high for a lot of the craft beers. They also don’t really love you doing tastings of the beer which for this type of venue I feel is reasonable to want to do... You don’t want to waste $20 on a non tasty beer.Staff could be a lot friendlier, might not be intentional but often feel it’s an inconvenience ordering something from them and no smiles or welcome when you walk up to the bar.

The burger had a very flat and crispy burger rather than juicy and minimal extras (only lettuce). The chips were just standard. The charred broccoli and large selection of beers were the highlights for me.

Some good craft beers but $41 for 3 schooners is a joke. Food was also overpriced all the meat on the skewers were tough and chewy. Cant even supply vinegar for the chips..What kind of kitchen doesn't have vinegar on hand?

Huge range of beers on tap and in the fridge, all craft and quality beers and a good range of quality spirits accompanied by a menu that favours quality over quantity.We have been here a couple of times now, and have enjoyed ourselves both times.The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable about the beers and spirits on offer and the venue itself has a nice cosy feel.

Great beers. Good food. Fond memories.Enjoy the rotating tap list and the variety of foods on offer. They love a good theme or guest chef. Quiz is also worth a nose in.
